I haven't posted for few days. i was recovering from few days of sci medical battles. Paralysis in my legs is not the main problem . I suffer with blood pressure,body temperature, breathing,spasms,digestion, bowel obstructions. One regular is Autonomic dysreflexia:life threatening painful condition when triggered that shuts my whole body a. having a fab week last week ,i then spent couple days &all night throwing up, then using heat mat and cold mats through the days. My body had been completely fatigued unable to function. To heal i go through tremendous pain in all my joints feeling completely at loss and wanting my body just to stop hurting. I use my mind to focus of happiness&what i have&matters. While i woke up today i saw a video work i did with LL that put a smile on my face with amazing support from social media people. The power of network connections through social media thoughtout my years since becoming paralysed has really helped me share all my stories and passions which has strengthened me to stay motivated because i am able to influence your lives with my knowledge in all the topics that you can relate to . More importantly sharing my mental health and wellbeing with you allows me to tell everyone that any &all struggles are hard but you can move forward and become stronger everyday. My determination to inspire all of you through exposing my vulnerability side makes me feel powerful because i can show you too can come through all difficulties and find true happiness! I am still happy-i am alive. I have so much to offer. I am mother. I am Confident,Beautiful Indian Inspirational Woman. I use my self affirmations to help me eveyday succeed & create platforms for others to succeed! #positive
